AON unit plans 5-yr 500 mln euro bond -IFR

LONDON, June 24 (Reuters) - Aon Financial Services Luxembourg, a unit of Aon Corp AOC.N, plans to issue a five-year 500 million euro ($692.9 million) senior bond, IFR reported on Wednesday.

Credit Suisse has been named to manage the deal, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

Aon Corp, the world's largest insurance broker, is guaranteeing the issue, IFR said. Aon is rated BBB+ by Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings and Baa2 by Moody's Investors Service. ($1=.7216 Euro) (Reporting by Jane Baird; Editing by Hans Peters)
