BioShaft Water Technology Inc. Completes Sale

IRVINE, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
BioShaft Water Technology Inc. (the "Company" or "BioShaft") (OTCBB:BSHF) is
pleased to announce the completion and sale of a BioShaft plant in Jeddah, Saudi
Arabia. 

BioShaft has sold and installed a plant capable of treating 30 cubic meters
(7,920 gallons) per day in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The client, Water Masters,
purchased the BioShaft unit and installed it in a large exclusive residence. 

Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants, a leading Saudi Arabian Architecture,
Engineering and Industrial Engineering Consultant, recommended BioShaft`s
technology to Water Masters.

attractive investment destination and Saudi Arabia plans to spend US$400 billion
on infrastructure projects in the next five years as the kingdom seeks to
benefit from lower construction costs amid the global financial crunch.
