"Performance is all that counts when I record," said Rami Jaffee,
award-winning keyboard player for the Wallflowers and Foo Fighters. "I can
depend on Seagate hard drives for quality and convenience. When recording, a
song could take up to a few gigabytes, but the fact that I can have a whole
record ready for me to attack and record on a slim external hard drive is so
convenient that its value is immeasurable."

Higher performance means faster workflow, and that equals greater productivity
for creative professionals who work with digital video, music, photography and
graphic arts. The FreeAgent Go Pro for Mac clocks in at 7200RPMs to deliver
lightening fast performance and throughput with FireWire 800/400 interface for
those that need higher-data transfer, making production and editing of large
multi-media files a breeze.

Along with the new Mac offerings, Seagate also unveiled a new docking
accessory for the FreeAgent Go portable storage solution. The new FreeAgent Go
Dock+ connects directly to your Mac OS X or Windows computer, allowing access
to all the content stored on a FreeAgent Go or FreeAgent Go for Mac external
hard drive without fumbling with cables or trying to find an available USB
port each time the drive is connected. When docked, the FreeAgent Go drive is
held upright to optimize desk space while editing, syncing or backing-up
files. This new dock also provides the benefit of a powered USB hub with three
additional USB ports to connect digital cameras and other USB peripherals to
one's system.

"Whether your passion is music, photography, film or design, creative
professionals and enthusiasts alike need high-quality storage solutions to
keep their inspired creations safe and secure," says Terry Cunningham, senior
vice president, Seagate Branded Solutions. "These latest FreeAgent for Mac
offerings provide the perfect instrument to store, back up and protect your
creations."
