Changing Times Vitamins Forms Joint Venture With Cliffstar Corp and Nothern
Lights Food Processing, LLC for the Manufacture, Sale and Distribution of Popeye
Vitamin Water for Children
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 24, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Changing Times Vitamins,
Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGTB) announced a three way joint venture with Cliffstar
Corporation, and Northern Lights Food Processing, LLC., for the manufacture,
sale and distribution of CTV's Popeye Vitamin Water for Children. Northern
Lights will create functional, ready to drink beverages and powdered formulas
containing concentrations of various Photonutrients, vitamins and minerals.
Cliffstar, one of the oldest and largest private label manufacturers of juice,
enhanced waters, and other beverages in the US, will produce and distribute the
Popeye Vitamin Waters exclusively for Changing Times (CTV). The joint venture
ensures CTV that its Popeye Vitamin Water for children will be of the highest
quality available of any children's vitamin drink product on the market today.
It's anticipated that the launch date for the water will be in August.
