Resin Systems Reports Maintenance Incident at Plant

CALGARY, June 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Resin Systems Inc. ("RS") (RS -
TSX), a technology innovator and manufacturer of advanced composite products
for infrastructure markets, has reported a minor fire at its Tilbury, Ontario
manufacturing facility. The incident occurred the morning of June 23, 2009
during scheduled maintenance operations in an isolated area of the facility.
RS successfully activated its emergency response plan and clean up is now
underway. There were no injuries and there was no risk to the general public.
The estimated damage is minimal and RS's scheduled production has not been
affected.
