Liberty Power Continues to Demonstrate Strong Sales Growth

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Liberty Power, one of the
fastest-growing retail electric providers in the United States, today
announced that it now ranks 88th overall on the 2009 Florida "Top 200 Private
Companies" list issued by Florida Trend. First introduced in 1983, the annual
list ranks companies based on the previous year-end revenues. Liberty Power
broke into the top 100 for the first time this year, moving up 47 spots from
last year's ranking of 135th. This marks one of the most significant upward
movements among the ranked companies, as Liberty Power was one of only four
companies listed that had year-end revenue growth exceeding 50%.

Additionally, the South Florida Business Journal recently released its 2009
list of the "Largest Private Companies" in South Florida. Liberty Power now
ranks #28, moving up 32 spots from last year's ranking; the largest jump in
the rankings for any company appearing on last year's list. As one of only
five companies in the top 50 founded after the year 2000, Liberty Power is
also one of the youngest enterprises recognized this year.

The significant increase in Liberty Power's placement on both lists was a
result of revenues increasing by more than 55% from the previous reporting
year. The company has grown consistently every year it has been in operation,
with year-over-year revenue growth averaging over 250% for the past six
completed fiscal years.

"Liberty Power is honored to be recognized among the top private companies in
Florida on these distinguished lists. We appreciate the trust that more and
more customers place in us every day and view our growth as a result of that
trust," said David Hernandez, CEO of Liberty Power. "By actively listening to
our customers, we have been able to continuously expand the number of products
and the quality of services we offer. We are committed to being the leading
provider of low-cost, reliable electricity while providing an unparalleled
level of customer service."

Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Liberty Power is one of only four
national retail electric providers licensed in 16 or more states and is the
only minority-owned, retail electric provider with a national presence.
Currently serving tens of thousands of customers in New York, Texas, Maryland,
