UMH Properties, Inc. Will Host Investor Forums in Kansas City, Missouri, and
St. Louis, Missouri

FREEHOLD, N.J., June 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- UMH Properties, Inc., (NYSE
Amex: UMH) is pleased to announce that it will host two upcoming investor
forums on July 14 and 15, in Kansas City, Missouri, and St. Louis, Missouri,
respectively.

On Tuesday, July 14, UMH and its sister REIT, Monmouth Real Estate Investment
Corporation (Nasdaq: MNRTA), will host an Investors' Forum in Kansas City,
Missouri, at Starker's Reserve at 12 Noon. 

In addition, on Wednesday, July 15, the companies will host a second
Investors' Forum in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Ritz Carlton at 12 Noon.
