Interruption to West Firsby Oilfield production

The directors of Europa Oil & Gas would like to inform the market of an
unexpected interruption to production from the West Firsby Oilfield. The
production from the site is currently shut-in due to an engine fire
early on Monday morning. There has been damage to engines and pumps but
the emergency shutdown system activated and damage was contained within
the engine bund. There were no injuries and no spill of oil.

The site has a spare engine and pump located in a separate bund which will
be reinstated to get production back onstream. The site engineers are checking
the shut-down system for this engine and installing new flow lines.

It is anticipated that production will restart within the next two weeks.
