John J. Rapisardi, the Co-Chairman of Cadwalader`s Financial Restructuring Department, was the recipient of the Restructuring Legal Advisor of the Year award, and the firm`s representation of JPMorgan Chase Bank in the Centro Properties Group restructuring was tapped for Out-of Court Restructuringof the Year.
