The Addition of Adams Enhances The Company's Technical Direction and Paves the
Way for Continued Success

SEATTLE, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- 360networks, the premier provider of
wholesale telecom services, today announced that it has appointed Brady Adams
as its Chief Technical Officer. 

Under his new title, Adams will be responsible for the technical direction of
360networks. He will also oversee engineering, provisioning, purchasing and
field operations, as well as defining the network architecture to meet the
company's goals.

Adams has over 23 years of engineering and operational experience. Prior to

Operations. He was responsible for designing, building and operating the
Grande network from the ground up.  Adams also held various rolls at Nortel
Networks where he provided engineering and implementation support for numerous
North American telecommunications, internet and video deployments.
