Bike To Work Day is an opportunity for Colorado residents to make the morning
commute to the office eco-friendly and a chance for each resident to reduce
his/her personal carbon footprint.

"We are pleased to be able to support an event that is helping to build a
green environment. At Instapure, we support everyday practices that aid in the
progression toward a sustainable environment," says Scott Wright, CEO,
Instapure.

Filtering water at the point-of-use is an easy-to-adopt environmentally sound
practice. Water filtered from the tap can replace the use of bottled water for
everyday water consumption, cooking, brewing coffee and more, while providing
clean, fresh tasting water.

The Instapure filter is a green solution to help individuals reduce their
carbon footprint. Every 200-gallon filter put in the hand of a consumer has
the potential to eliminate 1500 plastic bottles. Below are the facts regarding
consumption of bottled water:
-- Americans buy 50 billion bottles of water a year(1)
-- 38 billion of those bottles go to landfills(1)
-- It takes 17 million barrels of oil to make the bottles(2)
-- And another 33 million barrels of oil to fill, transport, refrigerate
        and dispose of the bottles(2)
-- 40% of bottled water is actually municipal tap water packaged for your
        convenience(3)
