GABAE Development: State of the Art Laboratories Completed

WATERLOO, ONTARIO, Jun 24 (MARKET WIRE) --
GABAE Development completes new lab construction in Waterloo.

GABAE Development, located in Waterloo, Ontario, has completed the
construction of its initial laboratory in Canada's High Technology
Triangle. They include a chemical synthesis laboratory, mechanical
engineering center, multi-purpose wet-labs, and high-bay pilot plant
facilities; as well as a new machine shop with full CNC systems and
CAD-CAM operations; analytical instruments facility with electron
microscopy, FTIR-microscopy, and a wide range of other major
instrumentation systems. Also included are an electronics and software
development facility, computer server room, and associated design
stations. The 20,000 square foot facility underwent a major renovation to
create the complete research and development center. Employment with the
new center is expected to reach 50 persons by the end of the year. In
addition, as many as 20 university co-op students are expected to
complete their co-op terms with GABAE Development.
