Centre Consulting's Barbara Kinosky Appointed to National Contract Management
Association's Executive Advisory Council

VIENNA, Va., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Barbara Kinosky, Esq., principal and
president of Centre Consulting, Inc., and Centre Law Group LLC, was appointed
to the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Executive Advisory
Council (EAC) effective July 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010, by NCMA President Gary
Poleskey. As a member of the EAC, Ms. Kinosky will provide top-level counsel
to NCMA national officers on issues of importance to the contact management
profession, continuing her service to the association, which has included
numerous speaking engagements at the national and chapter levels.

Additionally, Ms. Kinosky was instrumental in developing the Centre-NCMA joint
Certified Schedules Contracts Manager certificate program, the de facto
industry standard designation of knowledge and achievement in GSA Federal
Supply Schedule contracting. This program leverages Centre's acclaimed
contracts training, through its Federal Contracting Institute (FCI), which is
predicated on the decades' experience of Centre's partners and professionals
with GSA Schedule negotiations, audits, and administration. Ms. Kinosky has

Ms. Kinosky is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia bars, and a
graduate of George Mason University's School of Law, where she was associate
