TAMPA, Fla., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union (TBFCU)
created a series of unique incentives in order to reward families in a
difficult economy. Their Pail-Out Program can be seen on billboards and toll
booths in and around Tampa Bay.

Like many moms out there, TBFCU member Allene Tudor feels the pinch with her
family and has cut out the "Latte" factor; a term stolen from the decline of
buying $5 coffees in order to save money monthly. "We have had to cut going
to the movies, dance lessons, summer camps, eating-out and a bunch of other
activities. This 'Pail-out' is a neat way to get a few extra things we
normally would have had in a better economy. I think it's great that a credit
union is trying to reward members, new and old, with some luxuries we are all
obviously missing."

In May 2009, TBFCU infused a summer rewards campaign, "The Pail Out," a
play-off of the government's recent Bail-outs. New or existing members who
open a new checking account or new home loan product, receive a beach pail
full of fun summer rewards. Rewards include FREE family fun packs, SunPasses,
TBO Rewards Points, home loan appraisals, summer concert discounts and much
more. In addition, both members and non-members can enter to win a Grand Prize
Summer Pail, valued at $1,000. For more information and ways to win, log on to
www.thepailout.com.

Tiffany Roberts, Marketing Manager for TBFCU said, "With the economy being
unstable, we know many families and friends are looking for ways to cut costs
and inexpensively enjoy their summer. At Tampa Bay Federal, we don't want to
see our members holding back, we want them out and about enjoying the great
Tampa Bay community."

TBFCU has eight convenient locations serving the communities of Tampa Bay, all
of which are participating in the Summer Rewards Pail Out promotion. The
following service centers have expanded their home loan staff to handle the
influx of business:

Riverview Service Center International Plaza Service Center
    10845 Boyette Rd 4211 W. Boyscout Blvd. Suite 100
