Beverly Propst Elected to Graybar's Board of Directors

ST. LOUIS, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Graybar, a leading distributor of
electrical and communications products and related supply chain management and
logistics services, recently re-elected all of its incumbent Directors and
announced the election of Beverly Propst to the company's Board of Directors.
Beverly currently serves as Graybar's Senior Vice President, Human Resources.

Beverly began her Graybar career in February 2002, working as Corporate
Counsel in the company's Legal department. She advanced to Senior Corporate
Counsel in April 2003 and was named Vice President, Human Resources in April
2008. She was appointed to her current position in June 2009. Prior to joining
Graybar, Beverly was a senior associate with St. Louis-based law firm Tueth,
Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt. Beverly obtained her law degree from the
University of Illinois College of Law.
