Old National Bank Donates Over $175,000 On the 175th Day of the Year

EVANSVILLE, Ind., June 24, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Old National Bancorp
(NYSE:ONB) will donate more than $175,000 to over 200 non-profit organizations
throughout the day, June 24 (175th day of the year), in honor of Old National's
milestone 175th anniversary. Old National Bancorp President and CEO, Bob Jones
commented, "Old National is proud to be a community bank and we want to give
back to the communities that have been the core of our strength and stability
over the last 175 years."

Each of Old National's 182 banking centers and insurance offices will donate
$175 to a local charity of their choice, along with other significant gifts
throughout Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky. A few of those gifts are listed
