O1 Communications Adds General Manager to Oversee Sales Growth and New Office Openings SACRAMENTO, Calif., June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- O1 Communications, Inc. has promoted Henri De La Chapelle to General Sales Manager to head the company's California sales effort, effective immediately. This is a new position with the company. De La Chapelle will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of the existing Sacramento account executives and growing the sales organization to meet the company's sales objectives. He will continue to report to Max Seely, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, in carrying out his responsibilities.
