Validus Holdings, Ltd. (the "Company")(NYSE: VR) today announced that it plans
to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2009,
after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday, July 29,
2009. The Company will hold a conference call for analysts and investors at 9:00
a.m. (Eastern) on Thursday, July 30, 2009 to discuss these results.
