On Center Software Names David Moyer as Channel Partner Manager

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- On Center Software, a leading
provider of electronic plan viewing, takeoff, estimating and
production-tracking software for the construction industry, announced today
that David Moyer has joined the company in the newly created position of
Channel Partner Manager. He reports to Angelo Castelli, On Center Software's
Director of Business Development.

In his new role at On Center Software, Moyer will be focusing primarily on the
improvement of On Center Software's Solution Provider Network. His duties will
also include supporting Integrated Business Partners whose products operate in
conjunction with On-Screen Takeoff, such as Sage Timberline Office, MC2 ICE,
McCormick Systems, U.S. Cost Success Estimator and WinEst cost estimating
software.

President of Sales for Sage Software, Construction and Real Estate Division.
