Grant of options

Visonic Limited (LSE: VSC.L; TASE: VSC.TA) ("Visonic" or the "Group"), the
international developer and manufacturer of electronic security systems
(alarms) and home management systems, announces the granting of 635,500 share
options on 30 March 2009 over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.002 NIS to
directors, officers, employees and service providers.

This grant includes the following share options to Directors of Visonic:

All the options granted are vested over a period of 4 years and exercisable
from the first anniversary of the grant date at 0.425 GBP per share, the
closing market price of the Company's shares on the LSE on 30 March 2009. These
options lapse on 24 November 2013.

Due to administrative oversight the announcement was not made at the time these
options were granted.
