Radware Appoints New President of the Americas

- Ramesh Barasia Strengthens Radware's Global Management Team
Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), the leading provider of integrated application
delivery solutions for business-smart networking, today announced that it has
appointed Mr. Ramesh Barasia as President of the Americas.
Since the acquisition of Alteon, Radware has been increasing its
enterprise and carrier customer base as well as its channel footprint in the
Americas. To implement a strong strategy that will continue to grow business
in the Americas, Mr. Ramesh Barasia, will join the global management team.

Barasia comes to Radware from Comverse where he served as President of
the Americas for the last seven years. During his tenure, he doubled revenue
and profit in the region - while extending customer outreach and increasing
the customer base as well as cross-selling products to the existing customers.

Prior to Comverse, Barasia headed Lucent's ICDD - Internet Content
Distribution and Delivery Business Unit where he was responsible for
achieving fast time-to-market for a number of products including layer 4/7
switches and security products whilst increasing sales by approx. 40%.
Finally, he also has over twenty years of experience at AT&T in senior
management positions in various divisions and was responsible for the smooth
transition of acquisitions as well as heading up the Intelligent Networking
Global business unit.
Ramesh Barasia has a Ph.D. from Syracuse University in Management
Sciences, an MS from Syracuse University in Computer Science, an ME from
Cornell University in Control Processes, and a BS from BIT in India in
Mechanical Engineering. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program
from Harvard Business School.
