Automated Equity Finance Markets, Inc. and Data Explorers to Integrate
Securities Lending Products and Services

NEW YORK and LONDON, June 24, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Automated Equity Finance
Markets (AQS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Quadriserv, Inc., today announced a
new agreement under which its AQS(tm) securities lending marketplace will
integrate with unique securities lending data and analysis products from Data
Explorers (www.dataexplorers.com). Customers from both organizations will
benefit from productivity tools that enhance securities lending portfolio
management, including new market data and analytical capabilities.
