ISTANBUL, June 24 (Reuters) - Zorlu Enerji (ZOREN.IS), a Turkish power producer, says:
* To raise capital by 344.9 percent from 81.7 million lira ($52 million)
* To sell stakes in several units to companies owned by its parents
