Citibank NA/Citigroup Funding sells notes - IFR

NEW YORK, June 25 (Reuters) - Citibank NA and Citigroup Funding sold a total of $5 billion in FDIC-guaranteed notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Citibank NA sold $1.75 billion in two-year notes priced to yield 41.4 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries and $750 million in two-year floating-rate notes with a coupon rate at flat over the three-month London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR)
Citigroup Funding sold $1.75 billion in three-year notes priced to yield 55.1 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries and $750 million in three-year floating-rate notes with a coupon rate of 5 basis points over three-month LIBOR. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie)
