                             Final Results Delayed                             

Uranium Prospects Plc announces that its audit is not yet complete but the
directors expect to announce the completion of the audit and the Company's
Final Results by 31 July 2009. This is due to ongoing discussions and the
financial uncertainty surrounding the company as announced on 6 April 2009.

The Directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
