High Velocity Alternative Energy Corp. Amends Name to Reflectkote, Inc.

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
High Velocity Alternative Energy Corp. (Other OTC: HVAE.PK) announced today that
it has filed a Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of Nevada to
officially amend its name to Reflectkote, Inc. The Certificate of Amendment was
filed as of June 15, 2009. 

The Company has also made an application to the Corporate Actions section of
FINRA to have a new symbol assigned. 

As of June 24, 2009, the Company has a total of 643,651,456 shares issued and
outstanding resulting from its internal reorganization, acquisition of the
Reflectkote, Inc. subsidiary and conversion of certain debts and from the
purposes of raising capital.

Reflectkote, Inc. is a holding company. Its operating subsidiary, Reflectkote,
Inc. (a Delaware corporation), has developed a permanently applied reflective
coating that does not come off in the manner that reflective tape can and does.

Reflectkote is a plastic and glass combination prepared in a proprietary manner.
The application can be done on site with various equipment manufactured by
