ATF, NASRO Announce Partnership To Prevent Gang and Firearms-Related Violence In Schools Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is partnering with the National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) to address gang and firearms-related violence in schools. The partnership strategy will be announced by ATF Acting Director Kenneth Melson at the 19th Annual NASRO SRO-School Safety Conference to be held at the Baltimore Hilton Hotel June 29 - July 3.
