DannyBrown.me on Hard Lessons Learned by PR Company and Brand Defamation on
Twitter

BURLINGTON, Ontario, June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Danny Brown, business and social
media branding consultant, has published a feature that looks at how the
delayed reaction of a PR is a lesson to all businesses online.

Michigan-based Tanner Friedman are suing the creator of a fake Twitter account
that used their name and posted damaging messages that portrayed the company
in a negative light.

The piece questions why Tanner Friedman took so long to react and why
questions could be asked of its online monitoring use. It also highlights the
dangers of social media and the ease in which Twitter allows fake accounts to
be registered.
