NDC Capital Partners Announces a Real Estate Co-Investment With Post Investment Group

NEW YORK, NY, Jun 26 (MARKET WIRE) --
NDC Capital Partners LLC ("NDC") today announced a co-investment with
Post Investment Group ("Post") for the acquisition of 365 Class B
Apartment units. This joint venture marks the second partnership between
NDC and Post. Greentree Apartments is located in the city of Carrollton,
TX, a submarket in the Dallas/Forth Worth Metroplex. The property has
significant drive-by traffic given its location just northwest of the
intersection of the President George Bush Turnpike and Old Denton Road.
The location allows for convenient access to major employment hubs,
retail, entertainment districts, DFW International Airport, Downtown
Dallas and the entire Metroplex via the President George Bush Turnpike
(0.5 miles to the south), Stemmons Freeway - I-35 (1.7 miles to the west).
