Pardee Resources Company: Judge Grants Summary Judgment Motion in Kings Dome
Case

PHILADELPHIA, June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On June 25, 2009 Judge Fallin
of the Louisiana Second Judicial District Court for the Parish of Bienville
signed an order granting Pardee's and El Paso's motions for summary judgment
in the Kings Dome case thereby dismissing the matter and ruling as a matter of
law that Pardee's mineral servitude had been maintained by good faith
operations.  The Indigo and Crabapple plaintiffs can appeal this decision to
the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  We will continue to keep you
