Three lucky borrowers will win loan payments for a year from Columbia Credit
Union in Southwest Washington. The three grand prizes cover 12 months of
mortgage payments, home equity payments or auto loan payments.

The Payment Free Promotion comes at a perfect time for consumers. Wednesday,
