  BERLIN, Jun 26 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Jerini AG has decided to end all negotiations regarding the transfer of
assets associated with Jerini AG's preclinical programs and to terminate
the employees associated with these programs. The decision was taken
following unsuccessful efforts to find an investor for the sale of the
preclinical programs. The redundancies reduce Jerini AG's head-count by
more than 45.
