SocGen plans 1 bln euro covered bond -IFR

LONDON, June 26 (Reuters) - Societe Generale (SOGN.PA) plans to sell a 1 billion euro ($1.4 billion) seven-year covered bond backed by public loans, IFR reported on Friday.

Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Natixis and Societe Generale itself will manage the sale of the triple-A rated issue, on which guidance has been set at mid-swaps plus 85 to 90 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
