Sevocity Launches EHR (Electronic Health Record) Interface With Austin
Radiological Association

EHR Interface Improves Patient Care with Automatic Access to Radiology Reports

SAN ANTONIO, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Sevocity, a division of Conceptual
MindWorks, Inc. (CMI), today announced the release of a free EHR interface to
Austin Radiological Association's (ARA) radiology reports. ARA is one of the
largest radiological service providers in central Texas and operates 14
outpatient radiology clinics in addition to providing radiologist services to
area hospitals.

"Sevocity's interface with ARA underscores Sevocity's commitment to making it
easy and affordable for physicians to realize the benefits of utilizing
electronic health records. At no cost to our customers, the interface will
allow Sevocity EHR users immediate access to ARA radiology reports and avoid
information delays common with traditional faxed reports," said Elaine
Mendoza, President and CEO of Sevocity and CMI.

Normally, physicians have to wait for radiology results to be prepared and
faxed. With the Sevocity interface, physicians will have automatic access to
ARA information as soon as the radiologist completes a report. The interface
is currently in use by 12 physician practices and more are scheduled to go
live in coming weeks. The interface will be available to any Sevocity EHR
client who requests it.

"As electronic health records (EHRs) become a more important part of
healthcare delivery, it is imperative to incorporate radiology diagnoses into
these EHR systems. Sevocity has allowed ARA to quickly and efficiently deliver
diagnostic results. Not only does this allow the referring physician to see
the reports directly in his EMR system, but ultimately impacts the timing of
diagnosis and treatment," said R. Todd Thomas, CIO of Austin Radiological
Association.

Sevocity develops, maintains and supports Electronic Health Record solutions
(also called Electronic Medical Record or EMR systems) for physician practices
and community health centers across the country . Although not a component of
the Gateway to Care Project, Sevocity also offers an integrated practice
management (PM) solution or free interfaces with other PM providers for
clinics that need a complete EHR and PM solution.
