Pact Paves Way for "Patient-Friendly" MedActive® Oral Care Products
SPRING HILL, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
Medactive Oral Pharmaceuticals, LLC, announced today that it has entered into a
License/Supply Agreement with WhiteHill Oral Technologies, Inc. that provides
Medactive exclusive rights to produce and market a new generation of oral care
pharmaceuticals.

The agreement paves the way for introduction of "Patient-Friendly" Oral Care
products, including HI-IMPACT rinses, sprays, lozenges, gels, prophy tape,
toothbrushes and toothpastes.

Based on WhiteHill technology, property rights and trade secrets, the
"Patient-Friendly" MedActive® HI-IMPACT Oral Care Products will enable
healthcare professionals to provide a new standard of oral care to high-risk
patients with serious oral complications associated with many health challenges.

Medactive expects to begin commercial introduction of the "Patient-Friendly"
MedActive® HI-IMPACT products in the fourth quarter of this year.

"Patient-Friendly" MedActive® products will be offered in single-use packaging -
to protect against cross-contamination and to enhance patient compliance.

Medactive produces and markets OTC oral care products that provide relief of
discomfort associated with Mucositis, Xerostomia (Dry Mouth), Oral Candidiasis
(Thrush), Gingival Inflammation, Stomatitis and other complications.
