The Board received notification on 29 June 2009 that on 26 June 2009 Worship
Street Investments Limited acquired 6,043,017 shares in the Company at a price
of 0.5p per share, representing 6.6% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.

The total issued share capital of the Company is 91,371,339 ordinary shares of
0.5p each.
