                      Worship Street Investments Limited
                      ("Worship Street" or "the Company")

Worship Street Makes Its First Investment

Worship Street is pleased to announce the acquisition of 6,043,017 shares in
One Media Publishing Group ("One Media") at a price of 0.5p per share,
representing 6.6% of the total issued share capital.

One Media Publishing Group is a business to business music and video rights
provider. Since listing on Plus, the Group has successfully expanded its
rights' library through a steady stream of catalogue acquisitions. It now has
in excess of 70,000 tracks in its chosen niche, the booming 'nostalgia' market.
One Media intends to monetise its intellectual property in the fast-growing
digital download arena.

The investment by Worship Street of £30,216 in One Media at a price of 0.5p
values One Media at £457,000. It has net cash of £189,000 and generated a first
half EBITDA of £45,000. As such Worship Street is paying a current year EV/
EBITDA multiple of c2.5. The Company's Investment Advisers have met the
directors of One Media and have expressed confidence in the board. A management
holding of almost 30% in One Media aligns the interests of those running the
company with that of One Media.

The Directors of the issuer accept responsibility for this announcement.
