Copies of the report and accounts
The Company is in the process of finalising its audited accounts and these are
expected to be announced and posted to shareholders as soon as possible.
The Company was suspended on 30 March 2009 and subsequently on 24 April 2009
has announced that it has entered into non-legally binding heads of terms to
acquire the business of Worldlink Group PLC (the "Acquisition").
The suspension of the Company's shares from trading on AIM will not be lifted
until such time as the report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008
and the Admission document containing details of the Acquisition are posted to
shareholders.
A further statement will be made in due course.
