Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 29th June 2009 it received notification from John
Matthews, Chairman of the Company, that on 29th June 2009:

  * he purchased 15,305 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for total
    cash consideration of £9,999.68 (being £0.65 per ordinary share purchased);
    and
   
  * his wife purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for
    total cash consideration of £6,536.90 (being £0.65 per ordinary share
    purchased).
   
Following these purchases Mr. Matthews' holds an interest in an aggregate
amount of 1,031,082 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
