Alliance Association Management Appoints Jennifer English to Director of
Management Services
Jennifer English's more than Twenty-Five Years of Management, Accounting and
Business Experience Make Her Ideal Candidate for Director of Management
Services
AUSTIN, Texas, June 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Association Management (AAM),
an Associa Company, proudly announces the promotion of Senior Community
Manager Jennifer English to Director of Management Services. As Director of
Management Services, Ms. English will lead the management team of over
twenty-five professionals, overseeing community management operations,
customer service and client relations.
Ms. English started with Alliance Association Management in 2003 as a
community manager. Drawing on her more than twenty-five years business and
management experience, Ms. English excelled as a community manager and in 2008
was promoted to Director of Operations of the Round Rock location. Ms. English
also maintains the designation, Certified Manager of Community Associations
(CMCA). The CMCA certification signifies a sound knowledge of community
management principals and requires adherence to the Community Manager Code of
Ethics as administered by Community Association Institute affiliate
organization National Board of Certification for Community Association
Managers (NBC-CAM).
