GridPoint Welcomes John B. Spirtos, former Senior Vice President of Comverse Technology, to Lead Corporate Development and Strategy

appointed John B. Spirtos to lead corporate development and strategy including
new business initiatives, corporate partnerships and mergers and acquisitions
activity.

industry. Prior to Comverse Technology, he was Senior Vice President of NeuStar,
Inc., a provider of clearinghouse and directory services to the communications
and Internet industry that was named 2005 Technology IPO of the Year, and
President of Corvis Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, Broadwing
Communications, LLC, an integrated communications equipment and services
provider.

He holds a B.S. from the University of California, a J.D. from Southwestern
University, and LL.M. and M.B.A. degrees from Georgetown University.
