Fitch Affirms Currus V Limited's Ratings

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Fitch Ratings affirms Currus V Limited as follows:

--Senior facility at 'AA+';

--Subordinated B facility at 'AA+';

--Subordinated C facility at 'AA+'.

The affirmation is based on the ratings of the underlying collateral, the SLM
Student Loan Trust 2007-1 class A-6 notes ('AAA') and class B notes ('AA+'),
which have remained stable and were recently affirmed by Fitch. In addition to
the credit quality of the underlying collateral, the senior facility benefits
from 2.00% subordination of the subordinated B and C facilities, and the
subordinated B facility benefits from 0.05% subordination of the subordinated C
facility.
