NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
On Monday, June 29, 2009, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic
Municipals, Inc. (NYSE: LEO) declared from net investment income a monthly cash
dividend of $0.042 per share of common stock, payable on July 31, 2009, to
shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2009. The
ex-dividend date is July 13, 2009. The previous dividend declared in May was
$0.042 per share of common stock.
