Solitaire Minerals Corp. Reduces Warrant Price in Private Placement

  VANCOUVER, BC, Jun 29 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Solitaire Minerals Corp. (TSX-V: SLT) has reduced the price of the
warrants to be issued in the non-brokered private placement announced on
June 22, 2009 to a price of $0.20 for a duration of five years. Terms are
subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

    Up to 7,000,000 units will be issued as non flow-through units to be
purchased at the price of $0.15 to raise up to $1,050,000 where each unit
will consist of one common share and one full warrant. One full warrant
will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the
Company at a price of $0.20 per share for five years.

    The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working
capital and exploration. A finder's fee may be payable according to the
policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
