RPT-ANA to raise more than $1.6 billion-sources

TOKYO, June 30 (Reuters) - All Nippon Airways Co (9202.T), Japan's second-largest airline, plans to raise more than 150 billion yen ($1.6 billion) in a public share offering, five sources familiar with the matter said.

The airline could announce the planned share offering as early as Wednesday, the sources said, speaking on condition of anonymity because the deal has not been made public. (Reporting by Nobuhiro Kubo and Taro Fuse; Editing by David Cowell)
