MOSCOW, June 30 (Reuters) - Russia's state-controlled Federal Grid Co (FEES.MM), which controls the trunk power grids, plans to issue 50 billion roubles ($1.61 billion) in ten-year bonds, its deputy head Alexander Chistyakov said on Tuesday.

"We are holding productive talks with state banks about attracting 50 billion roubles. This will be a ten-year issuance with a three-year put option," Chistyakov said.

"The timing and the terms will depend on our long-term plans," he added. (Reporting by Tatyana Yegorova, writing by Simon Shuster, editing by Gleb Bryanski)
