Comarco Wins Award to Provide Dell With Innovative 90W Auto Air DC Adapter

Unique ChargeSource(R) Power Adapter Can Power and Recharge a Wide Variety of

Shipments to Begin in Fall of 2009

LAKE FOREST, Calif., June 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comarco, Inc. (Nasdaq:
CMRO) today announced that Dell Inc. selected the Company to provide an
innovative 90 watt DC adapter for use in automobiles and airplanes. The award
represents Comarco's first ever direct project with Dell and marks the
achievement of an important corporate milestone. Shipments of the new adapter
are expected to begin in the fall of 2009.

This awarded DC product is being developed based on a very stringent product
specification from Dell. The product will provide Dell's customers, the end
users, with the capability to charge their notebooks while in the car, plane,
boat or other places where there are DC outlets. Its small, light form factor
offers additional convenience.
