HCL Technologies Signs New Five-Year Deal With Dr Pepper Snapple Group to Enhance IT Services and Solutions

announced that it will provide IT application and infrastructure
operations and management for Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS), a leading
producer of flavored beverages. HCL will deliver application support and
maintenance, and manage and monitor infrastructure support and operations
leveraging its Managed Services Model. DPS will become HCL's anchor
service desk customer at HCL's Raleigh, N.C. global services delivery
facility.

    DPS will leverage HCL's Integrated Operations and Management Center (IOMC)
approach to ensure that the applications and infrastructure teams work out
of the same facility to reduce silos and improve technology-enabled
services and solutions. The five-year engagement will assist DPS in the
following areas: application support and maintenance, end-user computing,
integrated service desk and network management.
