Gary Menees Named Vice President of Strategic Sales for i2Telecom International, Inc.

services, today announced that Gary Menees has been appointed Vice President of
Strategic Sales for i2Telecom International, Inc. and its subsidiary companies.

Mr. Menees`s role at i2Telecom International will be on developing and
maintaining strategic relationships with targeted accounts across all of the
Company`s key markets, including enterprise, retail and small/medium business
(SMB) channels.

Mr. Menees has more than 18 years' industry experience, developing sales and
distribution channels with global distributors, national retailers and wireless
operators for consumer products companies. During his career he has served as a
Sales Manager with Samsung, was Vice President of Sales with Sony Ericsson and
was Vice President of Consumer Sales with INVISIO. He also was Director of Sales
with the mobile content start-up WiderThan Americas, and was Vice President of
Sales for the T-Mobile Key Account Team at Lucent Technologies. Most recently,
Mr. Menees was President of the management consulting firm MMS-C, LLC.

Mr. Menees holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Memphis.
