LAGRANGEVILLE, N.Y.--(Business Wire)--
Command Security Corporation (NYSE Amex: MOC) is pleased to announce that it has
been selected for inclusion in the Russell Microcap Index as of June 26, 2009
when Russell Investments reconstituted its family of U.S. indexes.

Membership in the Russell Microcap Index, which remains in place for one year,
means automatic inclusion in the appropriate growth and value style
indexes.Russell determines membership for its equity indexes primarily by
objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.

"Our inclusion in the Russell Microcap Index is another significant milestone
for Command Security," commented Edward S. Fleury, Chief Executive Officer."We
believe our inclusion in the Russell Microcap Index represents an opportunity to
increase our visibility and trading activity with a wider group of investors who
utilize the Russell indices as part of their overall investment practice. This is
consistent with our goal of increasing awareness of Command Security within the
investment community in order to maximize shareholder value."

Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and institutional
investors for index funds and as benchmarks for both passive and active
investment strategies. An industry-leading $4 trillion in assets currently are
benchmarked to them. These investment tools originated from Russell`s
multi-manager investment business in the early 1980s when the company saw the
need for a more objective, market-driven set of benchmarks in order to evaluate
outside investment managers.Annual reconstitution of Russell indexes captures
the 4,000 largest U.S. stocks as of the end of May, ranking them by total market
capitalization to create the Russell 3000 Index and Russell Microcap Index.
